There is a beautiful waterfall near my Colorado mountain home, and it has inspired a number of of my sculptures over the years. At the end of winter, the waterfall is frozen solid, and as the weather slowly warms, the ice begins to melt; eventually it will become a flowing waterfall again, but at first, it is just a little trickle of water that you have to look closely to be able to see.
